FAQs

How far in advance should I order my cake?
Below are our recommended time frames, however all cake orders are subject to availability.
Online orders: 2 day minimum
Standard cakes: 2 or more days
Custom Design Cakes: 7 or more days
Custom Shapes, 3D Sculptural Cakes & Fancy Tier Cakes: 4 weeks
Weekends book up fast and even standard cakes may require a 4 or more day notice. When in doubt, book early!

Which payment methods does ele Cake Co. accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express or cash in our retail stores.
We accept VISA & MasterCard on elecakeco.com.

Do you require a deposit on cake orders?
All online orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering.
All custom orders placed in store or by phone will require a 50% deposit.

Do you offer any sugar-free items?
We offer a small selection of sugar-free cakes and cupcakes ready-made in the pastry case.

Do you offer any gluten-free items?
At this time we do not offer any gluten free options.

What if I need to cancel my order?
We understand that things happen and we will do our best to work with you to reschedule your order. If you have to cancel, we require 48 hours notice from the time of your scheduled pickup.

Do you deliver?
We deliver between the hours of 9am and 1pm Monday through Saturday. Additional charges apply.

Do you ship your cakes?
At this time we do not ship our cakes.

Can I place my order over the phone?
Yes! Please call 937-384-2253 to place your order by phone.

Can those with nut allergies eat elé Cake Co. cakes and treats?
All of our baked goods are made or packaged in the same bakery. Though nuts are not a part of every recipe, trace amounts of nuts or nut oils can be in any of our desserts. We recommend those with nut allergies refrain from eating our products.

When can I pickup my order?
Pickup times at the West Carrollton store are:
Monday-Saturday 7am-6pm
Sunday 9am-4pm

Pickup times at the Beavercreek store are:
Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
Saturday 9am-4pm

Pickup times at the Austin Landing store are:
Monday-Friday 9am-4pm
Saturday 9am-4pm
